
This peach and honey sorbet is so easy to make and uses just 3 ingredients! It is such a great way to celebrate peach season.
Ingredients
- 4 large peaches
- ¼ cup honey
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Bring a pot of water to boil.
- Use a knife to cut an x into the top and bottom of each peach. Place the peaches in the pot of boiling water for 30 seconds and then immediately transfer them to an ice bath. This will make them easier to peel!
- Peel and roughly chop the peaches.
- Blend the peaches, honey and lemon juice until smooth.
- Place in a container (I used a loaf pan) and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Enjoy!
