
We all know that we should be eating our vegetables and when they are this delicious it is easy to do so! These are cheesy, spicy and garlicky and I could eat them every day.
Ingredients
- 400 g green beans
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- ½ tsp chili flakes
- ¼ cup parmesan
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Trim both ends of the green beans.
- Add the olive oil, crushed garlic and chili flakes to the beans and toss until evenly coated.
- Place the beans on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Remove the beans from the oven, flip them and add the parmesan.
- Return to the oven for 10 minutes.
- Enjoy!
