Hannah Bristow Nutrition
Hello, I’m Hannah and I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist!
I have been a vegetarian my whole life, so I understand some of the challenges that you may be facing when it comes to your diet!
I love to work with vegetarians, vegans, flexitarians, and those that simply want to eat more plant foods. I understand that there can be a lot of contradictory opinions out there about what you should and shouldn’t be doing. My job is to help you find what works for you, your lifestyle and your body.
I don’t believe in fad diets or quick fixes. My approach is to educate my clients on how they can add nutrients and more whole foods into their diets in order to reach their specific nutritional goals.
If you want to learn more about nourishing yourself, gaining more energy to do the things you love, or losing a few pounds without having to give up all your favourite foods, I would love to chat about how I can help you!

A little bit more about me
After graduating from law school in the UK I became a lawyer here in beautiful West Kelowna, BC. I was spending long days sitting behind a computer in my office and was finding it hard to switch off when I got home at night. I was too busy and too stressed to consistently prioritize the things that I knew would make me feel good – exercise and good nutrition.
Looking back, I definitely wasn’t eating enough protein or colourful fruits and vegetables. People assume that vegetarians survive off of whole foods alone, but that was far from the truth for me. I was reaching for packaged and processed foods that contained little to no nutrients and fibre. I constantly felt sluggish and eventually got some blood work done by my doctor which revealed that I had iron deficiency. I knew I needed to make some changes.
In 2021 I made the daunting decision to give up my legal practice licence and pursue a different career path. I completed my yoga teacher training and knew that if I wanted to feel my best I had to make some changes to my diet. That is when I decided to enroll with the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I qualified as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist in 2023.
The difference in my energy levels, mood, and overall wellbeing now compared to back when I was a lawyer is quite drastic! I follow a predominantly whole foods diet packed with colourful fruits and vegetables and plenty of variety. However I believe in balance and still enjoy treats, dessert on date night, and appies with friends!
In my spare time you can find me spending time with my dog and husband, doing yoga, hiking or running.
