4-Week Nutrition Coaching Package
This 4-week coaching package is designed to help you set goals, create a realistic plan to achieve them and provide you with the support, motivation and accountability you need along the way!
What is included:
1x 60-minute initial consultation where we work together to establish the goals you would like to achieve and create a plan that helps you to achieve them. I understand that each of my clients is unique and requires a plan that works with their lifestyle, so the plan is created specifically for you.
2x 30-minute follow-up consultations (one during week 2 and one during week 3) that will hold you accountable, keep you motivated and allow us to build upon our plan to help you reach your goals.
1x 45-minute final consultation (during week 4) where we will work together to create a sustainable long-term plan so that you remain motivated to stay on track!

12-Week Nutrition Coaching Package
This 12-week coaching package is designed to help you reach your long-term nutritional goals! I am here to support you, keep you motivated and make sure you stay on track every step of the way.
What is included:
1x 60-minute initial consultation where we work together to establish the goals you would like to achieve and create a plan that helps you to achieve them. We will break the plan down into manageable steps over the 12 weeks so that you don’t feel overwhelmed. I understand that each of my clients is unique and requires a plan that works with their lifestyle, so the plan is created specifically for you.
10x 30-minute follow-up consultations (one per week) that will hold you accountable, keep you motivated and allow us to build upon our plan to help you reach your goals.
1x 45-minute final consultation (during the final week) where we work together to create a sustainable long-term plan so that you remain motivated to stay on track!

Initial Consultation (individual session)
Ready for a consultation but don’t want to commit to a coaching package? Then this is for you!
I will review your intake forms, answer any questions you may have and help you to get started on working towards your nutritional goals. After the consultation I will send you a customized 5-day Menu Plan.

Follow-Up Consultation (individual session)
Please book this if this is a follow-up consultation that is not part of a coaching package.
We will discuss the changes you have implemented since our last session and I will answer any questions you may have. We will discuss any additional support you need in order to meet your original nutritional goals and whether you have any additional nutritional goals that you would like to achieve. We will create a revised nutritional plan if required. After the consultation I will send you a customized 5-day Menu Plan.
